To ensure transparency and fairness, we’ve established a clear set of rules for cancelling orders. This policy provides a 24-hour cancellation window after your order confirmation to make any necessary changes or request a cancellation.


How to Cancel Your Order

If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel for any reason, you can easily do so by contacting our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

If your order has not yet entered the processing stage, we will issue a full refund promptly.


Can I Cancel After 24 Hours?

For your convenience, we offer flexible options depending on your order status:

  • Within 24 hours: Eligible for a 100% full refund.

  • After 24 hours: If the order is already in processing, 30% of the total amount will be deducted to cover administrative and material costs.

  • If only 3 days remain before dispatch: A 50% deduction will apply.

  • After shipment: Once your parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still take advantage of our 30-day Return & Exchange Policy to return the product for a refund or exchange after delivery.


Customized Orders

Please note that customized jackets or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun. This is because these items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
